GEDreams is a technology-driven startup focusing on the collection, recycling, and repurposing of lithium and electronic waste (e-waste) in Finland and Europe. This initiative has two key phases: Phase 1 focuses on collection and resale, while Phase 2 involves establishing a state-of-the-art recycling facility.
Phase 1: Successfully set up a waste collection network within the first 12 months.
Phase 2: Build and launch a fully operational recycling facility by the end of Year 3.
Financial Goal: Achieve profitability by the end of Year 3.
An Innovative E-Waste Collection Model
GEDreams will try to be partner with ride-sharing platforms like Uber to facilitate the collection of e-waste from households and businesses. Customers can schedule pickups through the Uber app, receive discounts on rides, and contribute to a greener planet. Rideshare drivers will also benefit from higher commissions for participating in this initiative. This innovative approach not only increases accessibility but also creates a seamless and customer-centric e-waste collection process.
Our Smart and Sustainable Recycling Process
We use cutting-edge technologies like AI and automated sorting systems to efficiently process and segregate different types of e-waste. The recovered materials, such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel, are resold to industries for the manufacturing of new batteries and electronics.
